2024 Venue

Join us from October 23 to 25 at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, BC for LCF 2024. Located on the Coal Harbour Shores at the doorstep of Stanley Park and with Vacouver’s vibrant city centre just around the corner, the Westin Bayshore sets the tone for a memorable Forum. This accessible Green Key Eco-Rating Program Certified venue boasts an array of outdoor spaces and indoor meeting rooms with state-of-the-art AV equipment that will be put to use in a variety of interactive sessions. We are also collaborating with local partners to host various sessions and events off site to allow delegates to explore Vancouver City and the surrounding region. All transportation will be provided to get delegates to and from the Westin Bayshore for off-site programming.

Getting to the Westin Bayshore

The Westin Bayshore is located at 1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V6G 2V4. The hotel can easily be accessed on foot or bike by way of the Seawall waterfront path, or by public transportation from the Vancouver International Airport, Pacific Central Bus Station, and Pacific Central Train Station as well as various BC ferry terminals. Of course, you can also drive straight to the hotel which offers on-site parking at an $8 hourly rate or $45 daily rate.

Discounted Hotel Rate for Delegates

Special room rates at the Westin Bayshore have been negotiated for Forum attendees only. Make the most of the hotel’s location at the doorstep of Stanley Park and downtown Vancouver as well as its wide range of amenities (including bicycle rentals, fitness centre, spa, pools, hot tub and more) to enjoy the surroundings and recharge before, during, and/or after the Forum. DISCOUNTED FLIGHT RATEs FOR DELEGATES

For those flying into Vancouver, the following discounted rates have been negotiated with Air Canada, WestJet, and Porter airlines to make travel more affordable. We encourage using some of these savings towards carbon offset programs.

Air Canada: Travel to and from LCF between October 15, 2024 and November 1, 2024 is eligible for a discount. For travel from a destination within North America, a 5% discount can be applied to “Standard” fares or a 10% discount to “Flex” fares at the time of booking.
