SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Sponsorship packages are available for those who want recognition throughout the Forum. Choose from one of the following sponsorship packages that best suit your needs or contact us to build a custom package.

EQUITY SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Help us make LCF as accessible, equitable, and valuable for as many as possible. Equity sponsorships are used to enhance the bilingual and hybrid components of LCF and help support equitable access to in-person Forum participation. 

LIVE STREAMING - $15,000

As a live streaming sponsor, you will support delegates who would like to attend the forum but may have time, travel, and/or budget constraints. Live streaming sponsors will be recognized on the Forum website, in the program, and in promotional content.

SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION - $10,000

Simultaneous translation sponsors support French delegates by enhancing translation services throughout the event. Simultaneous translation sponsors will be recognized on the Forum website, in the program, and in promotional content.

FRIEND OF THE FORUM - $1,500

Friends of the Forum sponsorships are used to increase discounts, scholarships, and honorariums available for Indigenous Knowledge keepers, members of equity-seeking groups, and students to allow them to attend and participate in LCF. Friends of the Forum are recognized on the Forum website.

Additional “à la carte” sponsorship options are available for sponsors who wish to align themselves with a specific portion of the Forum.

SPONSOR A NETWORKING BREAK - $7,500

Sponsor a networking/refreshment break to build awareness and connect with delegates.

CURATE A SESSION - $5,000

Sponsor an interactive session that aligns with your mandate. Session sponsorship provides a great opportunity to design a session and build awareness and connect with delegates at a reduced cost.

DISPLAY SPACE - $2,500

Display your logo and messaging at the conference venue to build awareness, showcase your work, and connect with delegates at a minimal cost.
